RETURN POLICY
** Return Policy - The following products (MH-0, MH-1, MH-2, MH-3 9x 7 and 16 x 7) can be returned and accepted for credit based on the following conditions: Product is unused and has not been installed. Customer must obtain an RGA (return authorization number) must be obtained from Jungle Screen. Freight is a non-returnable expense.
All other doors must get an RGA and will have a 25% restocking fee. If the door is custom sized or special ordered it cannot be returned for credit.
Any door returned or refused on Jungles Screen freight account, freight will be charged to the returning customer.
Jungle Screen assumes no responsibility for products sent back without proper authorization.
WARRANTY
***Warranty - Products are warranted for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects. To return a product under warranty a WGA (Warranty Goods Authorization) must be obtained. Jungle Screen will replace or repair the defective product at its discretion.
